Written and recorded throughout 2017 in a bedroom \ attic-conversion in Cardiff, Transgondwanan Supermountain is Deep Hum's second release. It is the first to feature our guitarist Luke John who has been gigging, writing, and jamming with us for well over a year now and who brings a new dimension to our music. With this record we wanted to present a more dense and layered sound than before – one suggestive of imposing, icy and ghostly aural landscapes where our previous one evoked fire and endless sand. Most of all we wanted to make an EP that had a particular feeling of structure and progression to it – that of a long journey taken across a vast, perilous and alien mountain.

We hope you enjoy the result of our experiments.
